I have quite a few finished projects waiting to be photographed, documented and added to the site. Rather than keeping 9SQM Creatory hidden until every last one is online, I decided to open the doors a little early.
So yes, technically this site is still Under Construction.

9M2 CREATORYis a compact creatorpace with a big mission: turning ideas into working reality. Inside just nine square meters, design, engineering, electronics, 3D printing, CNC milling, laser engraving, and hands-on experimentation come together in one efficient creative lab.
Every tool has its place, every machine has a purpose, and every project moves through the same cycle: imagine, design, build, test, improve. From fast prototypes and custom components to detailed resin prints, smart automation, repaired circuits, and self-built solutions, this is where curiosity becomes something you can hold, use, refine, and share.
Open by Design
A finished project rarely tells the whole story. Turning an idea into something that works reliably — and can actually be reproduced by someone else — often takes many iterations. Dimensions change, parts break, assumptions turn out to be wrong, and sometimes an entire approach ends up back on the drawing board.
Not everything I build makes it onto this website. Some projects simply don’t work well enough, can’t be made reliably enough, or never reach a point where I feel they are worth sharing.
That is also one of the reasons I do share the projects that make it through that process. A working design represents more than the final CAD file or set of instructions; it also contains the lessons learned from the versions that didn’t work. If sharing that result saves another maker some of those iterations — or gives them a better starting point for their own version — then the work has already become more useful.
9M2 Creatory is therefore built around a simple idea: making is better when knowledge is shared. Wherever practical, my projects include the information needed to build them yourself — from CAD files and 3D-printable parts to drawings, schematics, bills of materials and build notes.
You are encouraged to build, copy, modify, improve and share my original designs. Learn from them, adapt them to your own needs, or use them as inspiration for something completely different.
My original designs and project documentation are generally shared under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license: give credit to 9M2 Creatory, share modified versions under the same terms, and don’t use my work commercially without permission. Third-party components, software and designs remain subject to their respective licenses.
